Athleta KiDS

AthletaKids is BIG fun for kids aged 6-12.

AthletaKiDS provides an active alternative to sedentary pursuits and all round better health for our children. Our classes have been created to improve your child’s self esteem and body image, boost their confidence, meet new friends and enjoy a lifelong enjoyment of fitness through fun and physical activity. Our program involves functional training exercises that are essential to children’s play such as running, pulling, throwing, lifting and jumping.
In addition to building strength, stamina and general fitness,

AthletaKiDS develops children's confidence and gives them skills in leadership and teamwork.
